Troubleshooting

Busy Bee Wastewater doesn't believe the customer should have to attend to any problems with their aerated wastewater treatment system (AWTS) and they only need contact us to instigate a call-out, however we also realise some people prefer to check what they can themselves and avoid an unnecessary call-out charge.

Below is a general troubleshooting guide for those who would prefer to do a preliminary investigation themselves.

Please note: For single alarm light systems both water and air alarm problems may be relevant.
